Tim's Kynodesme for the Circumcised Penis

These ideas on using a Kynodesme with a circumcised penis are based on the photos appearing at the bottom of Peter's page titled "More circumcised photos".

The advantages of my approach can be summarised as follows:-

* Simple kit very quick to slip on and take off (no knots to tie) suitable for exercise nude, or with shorts on.
* Stops the penis and balls from swinging about, and stays in place for hours without slipping off, easily adjustable for tension whilst on the move.
* Provides highly pleasurable sensations which combined with the sun and the exercise give a marvellous sense of well-being.

First point is that in order for the loop around the penis to stay on, there being no foreskin, the penis must be at least partially erect. When the penis is limp, the loop comes straight off! The simplest way of getting and keeping an erection, is to pass a loop of the kynodesme around the base of the penis and back towards the spine between the legs. This keeps a light pressure on the penis blood supply, and ensures it stays comfortably erect. The loop around the top of the penis placed below the glans near the remains of the foreskin gives some stimulation depending on the tension in the loop. A separate doubled lady's elastic hair-band around the scrotum keeps the balls in an elevated position, also giving tensioning of the front of the penis. This is maintained in a comfortably erect state by stimulation from these three sources, giving a continuous very pleasurable sensation.

The loop construction is as follows:-
I start with a soft boot lace 180 cm. long. I am fairly slim, and someone with greater girth would need a longer lace. I tie a loop in the middle of the lace with stretched diameter 30 cm using a reef knot. In one of the ends tie a small bowline knot to slip over the glans of the penis and fit round the shaft reasonably closely. In the other end, tie an variable sized loop using a slip knot for adjustment. The hair-band is used double around the scrotum. See the photo titled "The Kit".

The 30 cm loop is placed over the base of the penis, around the balls and the ends passed back between the legs. The reef knot should lie comfortably at the base of the spine. Bring the ends around the waist over the hip bones to the front. Pass the bowline through the variable loop and slip it over the end of the penis to lie comfortably below the glans. The tension in the kynodesme can now be adjusted using the slip knot. See photos titled "Kynodesme giving penis a 'light' erection".

The trick then is to adjust the tension so that the penis is kept comfortably erect from the combined stimulations so that the kynodesme stays in place. The motions of walking or running give additional rhythmic stimulation, which together with too much tension from the slip knot may lead to a really 'hard' erection, which can be very uncomfortable over a long period. See photo titled "Kynodesme giving penis a 'hard' erection". In this case just slack off the tension in the variable loop using the slip knot, to give the lighter erection and pleasurable sensation without the discomfort. I find that I can walk for some hours with or without shorts, keeping the penis and balls from flapping about, and experiencing some wonderful sensations on the way. I strongly recommend it.

Improved Kynodesme for circumsized men

After some months experience with the first version of this Kynodesme walking in the Canary Islands and Wales, I found it suffered from two disadvantages:-

* The balls and scrotum could still swing about like a pendulum (I have rather a long scrotum).
* With the best will in the world, one could lose the erection so that the penis became limp, and the top loop came off.

After some experimentation, I came up with the improved design shown here.

I have been using it with great satisfaction for some weeks now. The improvement consists of including a thin 17 cm. rubber band in the reef knot at the base of the spine. To this is attached a thicker rubber band of size (about 8-9 cm.) to fit comfortably round the scrotum and keep the balls in a neat package. The Kynodesme is attached to the penis as described previously. The smaller rubber band is led forward between the legs through the crutch and fitted around the scrotum, keeping the balls fairly compact. The tension in the longer rubber band (which may be selected to taste) keeps the scrotum back and up, so that it can no longer swing about.

This has the second advantage that it provides extra tension to the front of the penis, giving improved stimulation to keep the erection fairly stiff. Further tension is added by making the long loop which fits around the base of the penis 28 cm. instead of 30 cm., and with the extra length available, leading the kynodesme above the hips, pulling the loop around the head of the penis up. The penis is therefore stretched between the top loop, and the combined pull of the bottom loop and scrotum bands.

This provides very strong stimulation, and keeps the erection stiff under all conditions (except when you want a pee!). The result when walking for an extended period is receiving nearly orgasmic sensations, which greatly add to the enjoyment of your walk. I can strongly recommend this improved version of my kynodesme for circumcized men.
